What to Send Us
Whatever you have got. Engineer drawings (DWG, DXF, PDF), architect details, photos of the existing site, a sketch on the back of an envelope, or just a written description of the problem. We will turn it into a proper quote either way.
For complex jobs it helps to know what you actually need at the end, supply only, supply and install, full project delivery from measure to commissioning. If you don’t know yet, that is fine, we will work it out together.
What Happens After You Send
A real fabricator looks at your scope and comes back with questions if anything is unclear. Once we have what we need, you get a proper written quote with a lead time you can plan around, usually within a few working days.
No automated reply. No chase sequence. If it is not work we are right for, we will tell you straight and where possible point you at someone who is. Your time is worth more than that.

What file formats do you accept?
DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP. Up to 25MB total. If you have something different, get in touch and we will work around it.
How fast will I get a quote?
Usually a few working days for standard jobs. Same-day for fast-track. Call us for urgent work.
Will I be added to a marketing list?
No. We don’t do marketing chase sequences. If we don’t hear back from you we leave it at that.
Can I quote without sending drawings?
For an indicative price, yes, give us a call. For a proper quote we need enough scope to price it accurately.
Do you take on jobs outside the UK?
Mostly UK-based work. Get in touch and we will tell you whether your project fits.
