Medium to Heavy Fabrication
Our workshop is set up for medium and heavy work. Plate, RHS, SHS, beams, structural sections. CNC laser cutting and folding for accurate prep. MIG and TIG welding for the final builds. Full assembly checks before anything leaves the workshop.
We are not the right fabricator for hobby-grade jobs. We are the right one for the structural assembly that has to take the load, fit the bolts, and pass the inspection. The bracket that fits the gap nothing else fits. The custom enclosure that has to be exactly 1240mm tall because that is what the building gives you.
Working From Drawings or Sketches
You send drawings, a sketch, or just a description of the problem. We come back with questions, a quote, and a realistic lead time. CAD work, cutting and folding lists are prepared in-house. The build runs in our workshop with progress visibility on request.
A drawing is a starting point. Real fabrication often involves working out what the drawing didn’t say, tolerances on a difficult fit, finish that won’t flake on a galvanised connection, an access detail that wasn’t thought through. We catch those things at design and quote stage, not after the steel is cut.

One-Offs to Ongoing Contracts
Some clients use us for one critical part a year. Others have us on a rolling contract for ongoing fabrication needs across multiple sites. Our workshop scales for both. We are not chasing high-volume runs to the exclusion of complex one-offs, and we are not boutique enough to refuse an ongoing supply contract.

Will you build from a sketch?
Yes, especially for one-offs. We will turn it into proper drawings before cutting any steel.
Do you handle one-offs or only ongoing contracts?
Both. We are set up for both.
Can you handle structural work?
Yes, we work to engineer drawings on structural assemblies. Where independent inspection is needed, that is part of the spec we plan around.
What's your typical lead time on bespoke work?
Depends on scope and finish. Most jobs are 3-6 weeks. Fast-track available where needed.
Can I visit during the build?
Yes. We are happy to walk you through the workshop while your job is running.
