FSUK Fabrications is based in Nelson, Lancashire. We are a 14-strong team running a fully equipped fabrication workshop. CAD designers, laser operators, fabricators, welders, sprayers and installers, all under one roof, all on the payroll, all working the same way.

How We Got Here
Our team has spent years on high-spec, safety-critical fabrication. The kind of work where parts are pressure tested, audited, signed off, and used in environments where failure is not an option. Airports. Skyscrapers. Paper mills. Manufacturing plants. The sort of work that doesn’t forgive shortcuts.
That experience is now the floor for everything we build. Whether it is a sliding gate for a logistics yard or a structural assembly for a paper mill, the same standards apply. Right first time. Inspected. Documented. Delivered when we said.
What We Are Good At
High-spec, safety-critical fabrication. Working on live industrial sites without disrupting operations. Time-critical shutdowns and emergency call-outs. Reading and working accurately to engineer drawings. Solving on-site problems when something does not fit the way the drawing said it would.
We also handle finishes properly. Galvanising, powder coating and in-house airless spray, often in combination, sequenced so the spec is met without you having to chase three suppliers.

How We Work
Most jobs follow the same shape. Drawings or scope come in. We quote properly with a lead time we will stand by. The job is built in our workshop, finished, then either delivered ready to install or installed by our team. One point of contact the whole way through. No hand-offs. No “that is not our bit.”
You get a real fabricator looking at your job, not a sales rep with a calculator. If we are not the right team for it, we will tell you. Your time is worth more than that.
