MIG and TIG Welding. By Experienced Fabricators.
A weld is a structural connection. It is also a finish detail. Get either wrong and you have got a problem that shows up in inspection, in the paint shop, or three years down the line when a crack appears.
Our welders work across the full range of commercial steel fabrication. Send us your drawings and we will quote the job.
Welds that hold up.
MIG for production speed. TIG for finish-grade welds. Both done properly.
What We Weld
Carbon steel, sheet, plate, RHS, SHS, beams, channels. Stainless steel, sheet and section. Heavy structural assemblies. Visible welds with finish-quality appearance where the brief demands it.
Welding is rarely a standalone service for us. It happens as part of a fabrication project we have designed, cut and folded in the same building. That means the welder has the right parts, the right access, and the right tolerances to do the job properly.
Quality and Inspection
Welders are experienced on industrial-spec work, including the kind of high-scrutiny projects (airports, mills, refineries) that have shaped how our workshop runs. Welds are inspected before finishing, not after the snag list lands.
Documentation provided where weld certification is part of the project spec. If your project requires specific welder qualifications or procedure approvals, share the spec at quote stage and we will confirm fit.
Where Our Welding Adds Up
Four reasons clients trust us with structural welds.
1
In-house welders working alongside the team that cut and folded the parts
2
Welds inspected before finishing, not after
3
Documentation and certification supplied where the spec requires it
4
On-site welding for emergencies, shutdowns and modifications
On-Site Welding
When the steel can’t come to us, we go to the steel. Mobile welding for site repairs, modifications, and shutdown work. Our welders are inducted to operate on live industrial sites and bring their own RAMS, PPE and equipment.
For emergency call-outs (failed steelwork, plant damage, time-critical shutdowns), we run a 24/7 service. Real fabricators, real workshop backing them up, real response.
Frequently Asked Questions
What welder qualifications do you hold?
Our welders work to industrial-spec standards. Share your project spec at quote stage and we will confirm specific certifications and procedure approvals.
Can you weld stainless?
Yes, both MIG and TIG for stainless sheet and section.
Do you do on-site welding?
Yes, for repairs, modifications and shutdown work. RAMS, PPE and equipment provided.
Will I get weld certificates?
Yes, where the project requires them. Standard for structural and infrastructure work.
Can you handle structural welding?
Yes, we work to engineer drawings on structural assemblies. Where independent inspection is needed, we plan around it from the start.
