Most fabricators stop at the workshop door. We don’t. Our own install team handles delivery and installation across the UK, because the only person who really knows how the steel goes together is the team that built it.

Site Measurement
Site measure where existing conditions matter, openings, fixings, access constraints, levels. We come out, take the dimensions properly, and feed them into the CAD before any steel is cut. No “the opening was wrong” excuses on the day of installation.
For projects where the architect or contractor has supplied dimensions, we will measure-check on arrival to flag anything that has changed since drawings were issued. It is an hour’s work that saves a day’s rework.
Installation
Installation of gates, barriers, railings and bespoke steelwork by our own team. Coordinated around your programme, working to the access window we are given, with RAMS, permits and inductions handled as standard.
On commercial fit-outs and construction projects, our install team plans around the rest of the programme. We take direction from the site team on sequencing, work to the slot we are given, and tidy up after ourselves. Boring, but it matters, it is why we get repeat business from the same contractors year after year.

On-Site Problem Solving
Sometimes the drawing and the reality have parted company. A foundation that is 20mm out. A service run that wasn’t on the plan. A fixing detail that doesn’t work for the actual substrate. Most installers stop at that point and ring head office.
Our team carries the kit and the experience to solve those problems on site. Mobile welding, drilling, modification, the lot. When something needs an adjustment, it gets adjusted, not rebooked.

Do I have to use your install team?
No. Some clients want supply-only ready to install. Both options available.
Will you take a project from drawing to commissioned?
Yes. Full project delivery is what we do most often, design, manufacture, install, handover.
What's your coverage?
Most of the UK depending on project size and value. Our base is Nelson, Lancashire, anything within the M62 corridor is straightforward. Further afield is fine for projects of the right scale.
Do you do snagging and aftercare?
Yes. We will service what we built.
Can you do emergency installs?
