In-House Airless Spray
Primer and topcoat in any commercial colour. Suited to most internal and external commercial environments. Faster than sending out for paint and easier to control quality on. Our spray bay is sized for the gates, barriers and structural assemblies we build day to day.
Because it is in-house, we control the timing. The job comes off the welding bay, gets inspected, prepped, sprayed, and is cured ready for despatch within the same week. No external paint shop slots to wait for. No transport handling marks on freshly finished steel.
Powder Coating
For projects where powder coating is specified, typically gates, railings and architectural finishes, we use trusted local partners with the dipping tanks and oven sizes our work needs. Full RAL range available, with finish samples on request.
We coordinate the sequencing so powder coat slots into the build programme rather than holding it up. One quote, one delivery date, one contact, even though more than one workshop is involved.

Hot-Dip Galvanising
For external steelwork, infrastructure projects and aggressive environments. Used standalone or as a base coat under spray or powder coating. We coordinate the timing so galv and topcoat work in sequence, not in opposition.
Galv-then-paint or galv-then-powder is common on airport, infrastructure and exposed industrial work. We sequence the whole thing so the spec is met without you having to chase three suppliers.

Is in-house spray as durable as powder coat?
For most commercial environments, yes. For aggressive external use we usually recommend galv-plus-topcoat over powder coat alone.
