24/7 Emergency Call-Out. For Industrial Sites and Shutdowns.
When something breaks on a live industrial site, the cost is rarely the steel. It is the line that has stopped. Production lost. Shifts paid for nothing. The longer it takes to fix, the more it costs.
Call 01282 219130 at any hour. The call gets to the right person, not a holding line.
Shutdowns don't wait.
When the line's down, the cost isn't the steel. It's every hour you're not running.
Mill and Plant Shutdowns
Most of our emergency work is in mills, manufacturing plants and processing facilities. On-site welding, replacement fabrication, problem-solving where the drawing and the reality have parted company. We are used to demanding environments and the paperwork (RAMS, permits, inductions) that comes with them.
Shutdowns are won or lost on planning. We work into the shutdown window with prepared parts, a clear scope, and the right people on site. If the scope grows once we are on site (it often does), we are set up to react.
Damaged Steelwork on Live Sites
Failed steelwork on a live industrial site. Damaged barriers or gates that need to be back in service the same day. Last-minute changes during a contractor handover. Anything where waiting a fortnight is not an option.
We can turn parts around fast because design, cutting, folding and welding are all in one building. Most emergency calls are scoped within 30 minutes and on the road within hours. Real fabricators, real workshop, real response.

How It Works
Call 01282 219130. We will scope the job over the phone, agree a response, and get a fabricator or install team mobilised. We have spare capacity built in for emergency work, so we are not stretched on every job and unavailable when something urgent comes in.
You speak to a fabricator, not a call handler. They will ask the right questions, work out what is actually needed, and tell you straight whether we can be there in two hours or if it needs a slightly different plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 24/7 line really 24/7?
Yes. Genuinely 24/7. The call gets to a fabricator, not an answerphone or a “we will call you back tomorrow” service.
How fast can you mobilise?
Most emergency calls are scoped within 30 minutes and on the road within hours. Speed depends on location and what is needed.
Do you do shutdown planning as well as response?
Yes. We can work into a planned shutdown window with prepared parts and a clear scope. Speak to us in advance for shutdown work.
What sites have you worked emergency on?
Mills, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, logistics yards, infrastructure sites. We are used to demanding environments and the paperwork they require.
How is emergency work priced?
Quoted at the point of call based on scope, location and time of day. Transparent on price before we mobilise.
